Photos will be taken throughout the school year with the purpose of marketing and community building. WEST and its assigns and transferees have permission to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
By registering with WEST, me/I as student and parent give permission to use such photographs of me/I as student and parent with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.
 


 
 

The $65 Annual Family Membership Fee (non-refundable) and the $150 WEST Pen the 10: Parent Service Credits Program Fee must be paid before approval 

Two payment options:
  1. Pay $65 membership fee plus $150 WEST Pen the 10: Parent Service Credits (PSC) Program fee online through PayPal (click "continue" at the bottom of the page to be directed to the payment page)
    Wings Homeschool Group (not WEST) will show on your statement as payment for your membership/class registration.
  2. Send $65 membership check plus $150 WEST Pen the 10: Parent Service Credits (PSC) Program Fee check or one check for $215 payable to WEST
    (click "continue" to complete registration)
  3. Pay & Buy Out Option of WEST Pen the 10: Parent Service Credits (PSC) Program Fee - no fees refunded at end of May
  4. NOTE:  Families that ONLY have PSEO student/s are NOT required to participate in the WEST Parent Service Credits Program and do not pay that fee.

You will be able to login and register for classes only after payment is received.  Consequently, if paying by check this may take a few days until your check/s is received in the mail.

 

  • A Copy of your check or PayPal receipt is your personal record of payment.
  • WEST DOES NOT provide receipts.
    Wings Homeschool Group (not WEST) will show on your statement as payment for your membership/class registration.

  • Login using username and password you entered on the Membership form
  • Select PAY ALL for the $65 Annual Membership Fee and $150 WEST Pen the 10: Parent Service Credits Program Fee 
  • Parents with student/s ONLY taking PSEO Courses may click the PSEO Student/s Only - No PSC Fee
  • Click PAY NOW  to be directed to PayPal
    Wings Homeschool Group (not WEST) will show on your statement as payment for your membership fee.
  • Withdrawal Information - Refer to Registration, Enrollment, Tuition, Withdrawal Policies
  • If paying by check, write out $215 to WEST and mail to: 12271 - 73rd Street NE, Otsego, MN 55330
