S.E.E.K. Class Registration Info
S.E.E.K. Homeschool Co-op operates for 30 weeks and we offer:
- Fall classes (15 weeks)
- Spring classes (15 weeks)
- Year-round classes (30 weeks)
Our classes are "a la carte" which means you have the flexibility to pick and choose. This also means that parents should not expect to register their children for every hour of SEEK as over 200 students are sharing this schedule. We recommend that you have a Plan B in case your ideal schedule doesn't happen. Also be encouraged that when your child is not in class, he has the opportunity to socialize in the cafeteria or hangout room (adult monitors present).
2025-2026 Class Registration Schedule:
Registration happens on one day for both fall and spring semesters. Registration groups will be opened the following dates & times:
- Board & Leadership Team – Monday, March 24, 2025 @ 8:00AM
- Teachers – Monday, March 24, 2025 @ 8:00PM
- Returning Members – Tuesday, March 25, 2025 @ 8:00AM
- New Members – Wednesday, March 26, 2025 @ 8:00AM
How To Register:
1. Click on the Boxes

When your time opens up, click on a class, check the box with your student’s name, then make sure to click REGISTER.

Troubleshooting tip: If you cannot click on your child’s name, hover (don’t click) your mouse over the checkbox and a message will pop up and tell you why. Oftentimes it's from not having a child's age/grade filled out in your member profile OR there is an age or grade restriction on the class your child doesn't meet.

When a class has reached it's number limit, your choice will be waitlisted by time stamp. During the week of registration, a spot may open up due to the natural shuffling of things and you will be notified.

Class Restrictions & Maximum Limits: Since we have over 200 students with several age/grade groups currently at HIGH capacity, there will be limitations on our classes to encourage manageability and a good learning environment. You are welcome to contact the teacher if you have questions or are wondering if your child would be a good fit. If you get approval from them to allow your child into their class when they fall outside class limits, know that this is not a guarantee and final approval is by the leadership team.
2. Manage your Registrations:
- Once you have registered your children, you can click on Manage Registrations and find a list of all the classes your student is signed up for.
- You can also click on the class name (highlighted in blue) to see the class description & fees, teacher's contact info, as well as that class' homepage area.
- Cancel any class registrations you need to in the Manage Registrations section. After the week of registration concludes, this option will be removed so you will need to contact the registrar.
3. Reach Out If You Need Help If you have any problems or questions about anything listed above contact the SEEK Registrar.
4. Fill Out Your Parent Job Volunteer Form: Parent Job Form (click here)
****NEW THIS YEAR-- You do NOT need to fill out this form BEFORE you will be allowed to register for classes! It can be submitted AFTER you register for classes but the deadline is SEEK Payment Day. If you do not have your form in at that time, your child will be removed from classes.
5. Pay for Classes
