Request Website Access in this Homeschool Group!

This form is used to request access to the HEED website and receive emails, etc. from the group. If you are not yet a member of HEED or your membership has lapsed for over a year, you are required to attend an orientation meeting, complete membership forms and pay your annual dues before membership in HEED and access to the website will be granted. Orientations are held before the regular monthly meetings. If you fill out this membership request before attending an orientation meeting and filling out the required membership forms and paying the membership dues, you will be contacted by the appropriate coordinator so she can explain what you need to do next.
