Getting Started
Welcome to SCOPE!
New Members:
To become a SCOPE member (which means you want to register for classes), there are two steps to complete:
1) Create a SCOPE Family Account under the “Join” tab (found in the upper right-hand corner).
2) Submit payment of $140 (Membership Fee $80 and Volunteer Fee of $60) online.

Most forms can be found under the getting started tab, under forms. You will also need the class fee form and the SCOPE Standards. Please feel free to print and fill out these forms. All payment will be collected on or after August 29th.

If you prefer to pay via check:
Please fill out the SCOPE Family Membership Form completely and mail it with a check, written to SCOPE, for $140. Our mailing address is SCOPE, PO Box 13, Lakeland, MN 55043.
Once your check has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to register for classes.
Returning Members:
If you are a returning SCOPE member, you will receive an invoice. Please do not create a new membership. Please login with your User ID and Password. You can pay this invoice online. Once you pay online, please send an email to aross.scope@gmail.com to notify us of payment. If you do not send us an email, it may take longer to get you approved.
You can also pay your Membership Fees ($140) via check and mail the payment with your SCOPE Family Membership Form to SCOPE, PO Box 13, Lakeland MN 55043. (If you pay by check, your account will be activated once your payment clears).
IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR LOGIN AND/OR PASSWORD, PLEASE CLICK ON THE LOGIN BUTTON AND USE THE LINKS TO RESET.
IMPORTANT: All courses are subject to minimum and maximum class requirements that are set by each individual teacher. It is advisable to register early, not only to assure your child’s spot in the class but also to avoid the risk that the class will be dropped due to low enrollment. The classes that have not met the minimum enrollment will be dropped. Parents will receive an email if a class their child/ren are registered for is being dropped.
*All class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE the day classes are to begin. There are no exceptions to this policy. Tuition is due in full even if you choose to drop a class after that class has started.*
