Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA)

Home School Legal Defense Association is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children and to protect family freedoms. They provide homeschooling-related legal advice and representation to 84,000+ member families, promote homeschool-friendly legislation at the state and federal levels, and offer information and resources to encourage and support all homeschoolers.

Christian Home Educators Association of California (CHEA)

The Christian Home Educators Association (CHEA) of California Inc. is a non-profit ministry established in 1982 to provide information, support, and training to the home education community throughout the state, to advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ by promoting private Christian home education as an outstanding educational opportunity; providing information, training and support to the homeschool community; and protecting the God-given right of parents to direct the education and training of their children, to the glory of God.

Family Protection Ministries (FPM)

Family Protection Ministries (FPM) is the only full-time organization working in the state capitol monitoring all legislative and administrative actions and advocating in behalf of private home educators and parents.

Their mission is to protect children by empowering parents through adoption of the Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and through state laws supporting fundamental parental rights.

Stoa is a national high school and junior high speech and debate organization serving the needs of privately educated, Christian homeschooling families. Stoa trains and supports leaders who in turn develop students into confident, articulate leaders who can change their culture through the marketplace of ideas.
