We’d love to have you join our  homeschool co-op!

Discovery Days Homeschool Organization meets typically on the first and third Friday from September through early May in the Hickory area to learn, socialize and support one another. The co-op is designed for high school students all the way down to preschool age children, so the entire family can participate.

Would participating in a homeschool co-op enhance or exhaust your family at this time in your lives? The advantages and disadvantages of homeschool co-ops should be considered before signing up for any co-op. LEADERSHIP TEAM

Discover Days is currently being lead by a committee of moms or dads which are referred to as the Leadership Team.  These are volunteer positions.

The Leadership Team is self-perpetuating, meaning the leaders serve until they step down and the existing team determines the replacement. The Leadership Team is composed of:
