January 14th, 4-6pm or January 23rd, 6-8pm (High School Only) Class Information Meeting

Come to either of the Class Information Meetings to meet the High School tutors and get the scoop on the classes they plan to offer for 2025/26! If you want to weigh in on their planning for the upcoming year, you can complete the Public Interest Survey now to let them know which classes your students are interested in!

January 23rd, 4-5pm (K-8 Only) Ad Astra K-8 Program Information Meeting

Come learn the details about the Ad Astra K-8 Program and find out if it is a good fit for your family. Space is VERY limited so we cannot gaurantee acceptance. Come learn about how the Ad Astra K-8 Program operates and what your role is. This is especially helpful for new families (though vey boring for younger children).

February 17, 2025 9am ONLINE (K-8 only) Early Registration for returning members opens

March 2, 2025 9am ONLINE (K-8 only) New Member registration opens by group. Individual families will receive an email when their group opens.

March 13, 6-8pm  Ad Astra High School Program Information Meeting

Come learn about how the Ad Astra High School Program operates and what your role is. This is especially helpful for new families (though vey boring for younger children.) *This is when the class schedule matrix will be released.* Priority Registration for High School classes will be granted to those who attend this meeting. All others will register in a later slot. The High School tutors and K-8 Program Coordinator will also be there to answer any questions you may have about their classes or the K-8 Program.

March 27, 9am ONLINE - (High School Only) Priority Registration opens for new families and currently enrolled families in good standing who DID attend the March 13 meeting 

March 28, 9am ONLINE - (High School Only) Regular Registration opens for currently enrolled families in good standing who DID NOT attend the March 13 meeting

March 30, 9am ONLINE - (High School Only) for new families who have requested to join but DID NOT attend the March 13 meeting

March 31, 9am ONLINE - (High School Only) Public Registration opens   

April 10th, 4-7pm In-Person Registration (High School AND K-8) Payments due at this time to complete registration. ALL registering famillies will be required to attend in-person registration to finalize their registration. Anyone who does not attend will be moved to the waiting list in their classes and may lose their spot.

Registration will then remain open to the public through the summer until August 1, as long as we have openings available to fill. 

Whether you have students in K-8 or 9th-12th, we invite you to "request to join" ahead of time, which will place you on the waiting list and you will be ready to go when we open registration in the spring.
