Thank you for your interest in Ad Astra Homeschool Cooperative!  We are excited to have you.  As you join our group, you will be charged annually a non-refundable fee of $11 which covers your family's access to the website.  Once you are approved, highschool families can navigate to our course matrix in the "Course Registration" section and check out all we have to offer.  During open registration season, the matrix will be used to allow you to add students you have registered in your family to course offerings. K-8 families can navigate to the Ad Astra Kids FXBG page to continue the registration process.

Payment Instructions

During regular open enrollment season, payment for the program fee and the website fee must be paid at time of in-person registration.  

If your family is registering outside of our standard enrollment period, payment for the program and website fees must be received within 14 days or your family will be moved to a park status and your registration will not be confirmed.

 Payment for the Ad Astra Annual Program Fee and website fee may be paid via Zelle using email: treasurer4adastra@gmail.com or via check made payble to Ad Astra. 

Course tuitions are paid to the individual tutors and should include supply fees and payment plan fees as applicable.  Each tutor will need a check written by you for your course registrations.  These payments cannot be collected by or passed through Ad Astra Leadership.

Withdrawl from a course after May 31 incurs a penalty equal to one quarter tuition. Courses dropped after the 1st day of classes are non-refundable. Supply fees and registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition, fees and refund information may be found in our handbook.
