How to Renew CHA Membership
Our website is for members of NELCHA only.
First step:
Complete the Annual Signature Page to agree with the CHA Statement of Faith.
This form must be filled out and signed annually.
Second Step:
Pay Online using PayPal (you do not have to have a Paypal account to use this method) -- You should receive an invoice if you were a member for the previous school year. Email nelcha10@gmail.com to receive an invoice if you already have a login.
OR
Print and fill out our membership form. Mail the form and a check for your membership dues to:
