5th Annual Deer Creek Family Camp Info
Deer Creek Camp is one of our co-op's favorite traditions that we use to build community each year! This year we'll be adding an optional 3rd night for those who want to extend the fun!
DATES:
Thursday May 1 - Sunday May 4
2 night- 5 meal stay or a 3 night - 8 meal stay.
We must have a min. of 12 families total and a min. of 6 families staying 3 nights.

2 nights/5 meals/all activities
Family of 4/5: $625
Family of 6/7: $725
Family of 8+: $800

CABIN LODGING:
Each family will receive their own cabin with twin size bunks. There are no bathrooms in the cabins, however they are a short walk away.
*Tents and RVs welcome.

Optional Guest Room Upgrade
These rooms are similar to an AIRBNB property and include bedding, towels, linens, kitchens, bathroom, etc.
2 Carriage House apts (sleeps 8) includes bathrooms- $40 nightly extra charge
3 other guest rooms (sleeps 4)- $25 nightly extra charge

ACTIVITIES:
Deer Creek Camp will provide recreational activities including wall climbing, zipline/high ropes, swimming (with lifeguard), canoeing, sand volleyball, barn swing, 9-square, covered basketball court, baseball and soccer fields, utility barn and more! They will provide complete staffing to facilitate the activities. (Climbing Wall and Zip Lines are designed for ages 9 and up). Team building/Low ropes programming may be included at $5 per guest for up to 2 hours of instructional/activity time. Please let me know if you are interested in adding these.
MEALS:
All meals, and complete staffing to facilitate the meals are included. Please let Directors know if your family has allergies so that Deer Creek can get with their chef and propose a menu. If you arrive after the first dinner is served, let a Director know so that we may set meals aside for your family.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS:
Our rental group is responsible for bringing bedding, linen, towels, and toiletries. The group will be financially responsible for all damages to property or injuries to participants, regardless of fault or circumstance and will provide Deer Creek Camp with a certificate of liability insurance for this camp. Deer Creek has a pretty well stocked infirmary with medical basics.
