All members must agree to and sign the Statement of Faith before joining this support group.

All members must home school according to current Georgia state law.

Information in the membership directory is confidential  and is not to be given, sold or distributed in any way to anyone who is not a member of this support group.

The TCCHE leadership team reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership without explanation.

There is an annual $40 membership fee to be submitted with application.

Meetings

Meetings are held throughout the year. Places and times will be announced.

Our goals are to plan activities and educational events  for children as well as support meetings for parents.

Only members will be allowed to attend our support group meetings.

Field Trips

While the purpose of our group is to offer support and encouragement to parents in their efforts to raise godly children and educate them at home, we will also try to offer extracurricular activities that will benefit our children. In order for this to be a positive experience for all families involved, the following guidelines have been established.

The success of each event depends on the participation of parents (i.e., planning, executing, set-up, clean-up).

Field trips are for members only.

Courtesy to activity organizers is expected by recognizing deadlines, age/grade limits and financial arrangements. If a fee is required for a field trip, it must be paid at the time of sign up. No refunds will be given.

Proper appearance and behavior on field trips is imperative. This may be the only opportunity some people in the community ever have to experience home schoolers. Let's make sure we leave them with a positive impression. They should be able to visually see that something is different about this group of children.
