Registration Deadlines

Thank you so much for your interest in the Family Center Co-op.  Below is the Schedule for the Co-op and registrations deadlines for the semester.  Class titles can be found on the public side as well as the member side of the CHC web site as they become available each semester.

Follow the steps below if you would like to be part of the Family Center Co-op

Step 1: Christian Homeschool Connection (CHC) Registration

You must be a member of The Christian Homeschool Connection

If you are not already a member of the CHC, complete an annual or partial year membership registration to gain access to the members side of the CHC web site. The CHC membership form and details are found on-line at www.chc1.net .

Early Bird Registration for CHC is the month of May.  If you are a new or returning member and plan on attending the Family Center in the fall you will want to sign up for CHC on the first of May.  This will give you time to complete the registration process for the Family Center once you become members of CHC.

         Step 2: Family Center Co-op Registration

This is a separate registration and is all on-line

As a member of CHC, you have the option to enroll your family in any of the Family Center classes hours/sessions for an additional minimal fee.  Once a member is given access to the CHC web site please complete:

• The "family registration" form found under the Family Center tab on this website.  Please remember to include ALL family members no matter their ages if they will be attending the Center.  There is no charge to register your family and filling out the form does not commit you to attending classes.
• The policy is also found under the Family Center tab and must be completed before classes begin should you choose to attend.

Please note that Family Registration is due several weeks prior to the start of student registration for actual classes.  This is to allow for preparation and planning for the actual numbers of children and families that are commited to attending and teaching in each semester.  These deadlines are enforced. 

The Family Registration Form for each semester will be on-line a number of weeks prior to each deadline for each semester. When planning happens early, there will be an opportunity for late registration after general registration is complete.

Family registration does not guarantee space in classes during student registration. The Coordination team of the Family Center uses the information on the Family Registration forms to make sure that we have enough classes for the students that have registered by the deadline. However, due to the large number of CHC members and the fluctuation of Family Center members, some of our classes have filled in the past.
